The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for Superloop's Accounts Payable process, ensuring that suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
What will you do?
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all invoices and expenses.
- Credit card expense administration.
- Processing supplier and staff payments.
- General Accounts Payable and general accounting duties.
- Building and maintaining relationships with vendors, banks, employees, systems providers and clients.
- Any other duties as directed.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking skills including demonstrated ability to satisfy competing demands and deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve and think broadly.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new procedures and processes, and adaptable to change.
- Proactive nature to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Netsuite experience desired but not essential.
