Accounts Payable Officer

Growing Building Industry Supply company with multiple entities, require the immediate assistance of a highly experienced Accounts Payable Officer. A stand-alone role you will manage the function for two entities. Head office is based in Eagle Farm, lovely offices, on-site parking and a highly supportive leadership team make it a great place to work.The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,

• Full function Accounts Payable processing (2 entities)
• Matching purchase orders and managing approval process
• Managing payment runs
• Set up of new suppliers
• Account Statement Reconciliation
• Dealing with Supplier queries
• Reporting to parent company

About You
The successful applicant will have/be,

• Experienced in full function, high volume processing
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and professional team player
• A high attention to detail and ability to work autonomously
• Strong ERP systems experience and Excel
