Description
- Efficiently process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies, promptly resolving any issues with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Prepare and execute timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Maintain a systematic payment schedule while optimising cash flow management.
- Assist in the processing and validation of employee expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with company expense policies.
- Contribute to month-end closing activities, including reconciling Accounts Payable transactions and preparing reports.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
