Accounts Payable Officer

The opportunity:

You will be an essential member of the payments team, working collaboratively across the Finance & Governance Department and the wider organisation to ensure NTI’s success! We will provide on the job training and mentoring to help you grow and develop in your Accounts Payable skillset. Once you’re comfortable in your role, you will:

• Process supplier invoices, coding to account codes and cost centres
• Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally
• Prepare daily payment batches
• Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations 
• Complete general processing including Visa transactions 

Are you the Accounts Payable Officer we are looking for?

Being early on in your AP career or coming from a data entry background, you will have a basic understanding of how an AP function operates and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Inquisitive in nature, you will be a natural problem solver and an effective relationship builder. You will be incredibly detail focused, organised and diligent in your approach.
