About the Role.
We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Accounts Payable role based at Acacia Ridge. This opportunity has emerged due to the growth of our business.
Competitive salary + super + work-related expenses.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable process
- Weekly payment runs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Credit card reconciliations
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Data entry
- Completion of Credit Account applications
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, be able to work at a fast pace, be a strong team player, with great communication skills.
