We are seeking a highly motivated accounts person to join our team, this position would suit someone that can work in a fast-paced environment, looking to work for a company with a modern view on doing business.
This position is a full time, office based position.

We are seeking a candidate with:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable and Receivable role
- Prior experience in the Insurance industry or the finance industry is advantageous, but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail, interpersonal skills is a must
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent technical skills and numerical accuracy are required
- Positive CAN-DO attitude
- Excellent time management skills
- Competent in IT, mathematics, accounting principles and office procedures
- Ability to operate within compliance and administrative framework
What the role entails:
- Daily allocation of overnight banking and dealing with or trouble shooting of client payment errors.
- Responsible for processing our out-bound payments
- Liaising with clients about their monthly payments
- Engaging in debt collection for unpaid clients
- We would like someone that could process payroll, but this is not compulsory
- Processing within our broking system and CRM.
- Becoming a subject matter expert in account administration with in our broking management system. ( you will get training in this)
- Assisting with compliance procedures and reporting
