Accounts Payable Officer

The opportunity:

You will be an essential member of the payments team, working collaboratively across the Finance & Governance Department and the wider organisation to ensure NTI’s success! Day to day, you will:

• Process supplier invoices, coding to account codes and cost centres
• Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally
• Prepare daily payment batches
• Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations 
• Complete general processing including Visa transactions 

Are you the Accounts Payable Officer we are looking for?

You will be someone who is Inquisitive in nature and a natural problem solver. You will have an understanding of how an Accounts Payable function operates and are comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. You will be incredibly detail focused, organised and diligent in your approach. In addition you will have; 

• Approximately 1-2 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel as well as previous exposure to accounting software. 
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management skills 
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business.
