AddressChandler Macleod is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our client's team. This is a permanent full-time position with a medium-sized, Australian-owned company that caters to local customers.
**Position Overview:**
In this role, you will be an integral part of a small finance team, responsible for a variety of tasks within the Accounts Payable function. Your contributions will be essential in maintaining efficient financial operations and ensuring the highest level of service for both internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices and employee expenses via SAP Concur
- Managing supplier and employee master data
- Handling supplier and employee payments across multiple bank platforms and currencies
- Reconciling key supplier statements
- Addressing and resolving stakeholder queries
- Understanding and meeting the needs of both internal and external stakeholders for a top-tier experience
- Sharing knowledge and assisting team members
- Actively participating in reviewing existing procedures and assessing potential process improvements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in either an Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Accounts All rounder role
- Proficiency in SAP Concur is highly desired
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial data
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
