About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Hendra Head Office team, responsible for our market leading, Airport based, F&B Venue company.
This is a pivotal position that ensures the Accounts Payable function and duties are performed with efficiency and attention to detail.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to-:
- Accounts Payable function including processing high volume of invoices, payment runs and reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders, including suppliers and customers, to resolve financial issues.
- Assist in the management of our National POS system and provide support at both a Head Office and National Site level.
- Resolving queries via email and phone.
- Providing administrative support to Finance Manager as required.
Skills & experience
- Advanced computer skills including data entry and Excel proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing high volume invoices daily.
- Confidence and able to handle a fast, high pressure environment
- Ability to effectively work autonomously and in a team environment with a result driven approach
- The ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management in a helpful & friendly manner.
