We are seeking an AO3 Accounts Payable Officer to work with a fast growing organisation within the public sector area based in Cannon Hill.

Due to recent growth and success our client is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to support the organisation regarding their maintenance service requests.With excellent growth, reliable clients and an ever-increasing reputation, they are now in the position to offer career development opportunities for dynamic and ambitious professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable & general invoicing
- Preparing cheques for payment
- Schedule and prepare meeting rooms
- Data entry using your attention to detail
- Maintain stationery and stock supplies for the office
- Fast and accurate data entry skills BUT must be able to gain understanding of information being processed so errors are eliminated or reduced.
- Attention to detail and being adaptable with the different types of documents being processed within a high-volume area.
- Must be able to show initiative and be able to work in a team environment but able to also work autonomously
- Must be proficient in the use of Adobe Pro, Outlook, and Excel
- Understanding of Accounts processing and reviewing
- Ability to multitask
- Experienced within the Construction, Engineering or Property sectors will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail
