Our client is one of Sydney’s most prestigious independent schools, they have been in operation for over 100 years and have multiple sites. This role is located in the Sydney City site with the Accounts team. They are seeking an experienced AP Officer to manage the day-to-day AP process during a period of transition.
The RoleAs the AP Officer you will focus on:
- Matching and coding invoices
- Processing Cheque, Cash and Credit card payments
- Managing petty cash
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Handling AP queries
To become a valuable extension of the finance and support them through this period, you will have the following skills and attributes:
- Immediate availability
- Prior end-to-end AP experience
- Preferably experience in a medium-sized business
- Strong communicator
- Experience with mid-sized accounting systems
