Accounts Payable Officer

We're seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Officer to join our team, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our vendor invoices are processed accurately and efficiently for Essity in Australia and New Zealand.

As our Accounts Payable Officer, you'll be the master of payments, responsible for processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and handling payment runs like a pro. You'll be the go-to person for sorting out any discrepancies, whether it's between purchase orders and invoices or in our intercompany transactions.

Hybrid Work Arrangement: Enjoy the best of both worlds with three days in our Mulgrave office and two days remote.

Experience and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you'll need prior experience in a similar position.

Being IT savvy and comfortable with large ERPs like SAP is a big plus.

Most importantly, you're someone who thrives on attention to detail but isn't afraid to step back and see the bigger picture when it comes to process improvements and issue resolution.
