Our client is a global business, based in the South-East of Melbourne, operating across the globe. They are leading change within the transport industry, and are looking for an Accounts Payable Officer ready to take on the challenge and join in on their success!
Description
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Managing the end-to-end Accounts Payable function of the business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Interact with stakeholders, and be able to resolve any queries with professionalism
- Assist with End of Month and Financial Year activities
- Manage the Accounts Payable inbox
- Perform reconciliations and reporting of various accounts
- Any other ADHOC tasks as required by the AP team leader
Profile
The successful applicant will;
- Have experience with end-to-end Accounts Payable function
- Have experience with SAP and system implementations (highly regarded)
- Work with attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Bring a can-do attitude to the office
