TalentLink is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a well-established company located in Brisbane’s northern city fringe. This rapidly growing Not-for-Profit organisation delivers a range of specialist programs across Allied and Social Healthcare, Aged Care, Disability/NDIS, and Childcare services. The business is currently undertaking a significant expansion of their services which has led to the creation of this role.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this role will see you responsible for high volume Accounts Payable processing within a supportive and tight-knit team environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Creating and maintaining supplier account details and records.
- Checking supplier invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and supply agreements to validate for processing.
- Entering supplier invoices and credit notes into the Accounts Payable system.
- Ensuring that all supplier account enquires, and correspondence are handled in a professional and timely manner.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing an end-to-end Accounts Payable function. This role is to start straight away, so you will be available to start at short notice.
Background and Skills required:
- Qualification in Accounting, Business or Financial Administration.
- Ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
