SalaryA Government Agency located in the heart of the CBD are seeking an Accounts Payable Officer on a 6 month contract to start ASAP.
- Managing full function Accounts Payable process
- Processing fortnightly payment run including occasional overseas payments
- Monthly reconciliations
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and responding to queries
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Previous experience in a full function Accounts Payable role
- Bachelors degree in business or accounting
- Experience with Oracle is preferred
- Previous experience within a government department is desired
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be Australian Citizen
- Immediate start
- Competitive hourly rate
- Hybrid working, 2 days work from home permitted
- Close to public transport links
- Potential for contract extension
