Accounts Payable Officer - Part Time

The Company
We are currently working in partnership with our client to find a Accounts Payable Officer to join their Finance team based in Subiaco on a Temporary 3 month Part-Time Basis across 2-3 days .
The Role
Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to come on board to assist with:

• Processing of supplier invoices relating to the head entity
• Preparing payment runs
• Reconciling and processing credit card statements and bank reconciliations

The Applicant

• 3+ years experience in an end-to-end AP role
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Must be immediately available
• High volume invoicing experience
• Experience using SAP or Quickbooks
• Microsoft Office Suite skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Mining Resources sector exposure is highly regarded
