The Role:
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be an integral part of a dynamic finance team, ensuring the smooth processing of invoices and maintaining efficient payment cycles. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing up to 100 invoices per day with accuracy and speed.
- Managing high-volume transactions in a fast-paced setting.
- Utilizing SAP for all Accounts Payable functions.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Assisting with month-end closing processes and reconciliations.
- Communicating effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Officer in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work four days in the office and one day from home.
