AddressEfficient and experienced Accounts Payable Officer required for long standing restaurant group operating within CBD on a full time basis.
Must have minimum 3 years plus experience. Currently using Great Plains, however in process of upgrading to MS Business Central. Must be able to clearly understand write and speak English. Duties include processing of daily invoices from restaurants, monitoring inbox, reconciling creditor accounts, month end and weekly pay runs of creditors, general filing, answering queries, sending remittances etc. The Accounts payable function is high volume of invoices and includes some intercompany transactions.
We are a small friendly office so ability to become part of a team is essential.
We offer a competitive salary, hours Monday to Friday 9-5.
