Wormall Civil have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Accounts team in and fun, supportive and diverse Finance team.

About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer located in our Cardup office. Reporting to the finance Supervisor and working with a close-knit team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Accounts payable data entry
- Matching purchase orders
- Ad hoc data entry as required.
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Assisting payroll when needed
- Processing of invoices
About You:
- Experience in an Accounts payable role.
- Prior experience in Civil construction (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Confident with Microsoft (outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience using Timberline (Not essential - Training provided)
