Our valued client, an Australian owned and operated company within the Waste Services industry, is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable/Administration Officer, to join the team on a temporary basis. The role, based in Cleveland, will be commencing ASAP and be for an initial duration to the end of June 2024 with possible extension. Working 7:30am to 3:30pm, the casual hourly rate of pay will be $40 to $45 per hour, depending on experience.
The role would be well suited to someone who has strong background in Accounts Payable and has previously used MYOB. You will also be required to undertake some generalist administrative tasks to assist the team, including recordkeeping and correspondence.
The role will require:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Ability to easily pick up new systems and processes. Experience using MYOB highly desirable.
- Proficiency across the core Microsoft Office programs
- Good generalist administrative skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a successful team
- Track record of reliability
