The CompanyAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to work with a reputable and growing business in a two-month temporary assignment based in the Northern beaches area.
The Role
- Matching a high volume of invoices & POs
- Responding to queries over the phone and email
- Bank and account reconciliation
- Dealing with account queries
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by AP Manager
About You
- Previous experience in a similar Accounts Payable position
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to work quickly and accurately to deadlines
- Hardworking team player
- Good working knowledge of Excel and a large ERP System
