Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Assistant to join our team, working 2 days per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and be proficient in using Employment Hero. This role offers flexible working days and start/finish times, which will be negotiated with the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process payroll for all employees using Employment Hero.

• Maintain and update employee payroll records.

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Handle payroll queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Payroll Assistant or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in using Employment Hero is essential.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
