Our client operates in the mobile lifting industry and is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk to deliver effective and accurate accounts processing. The position is offered on a casual basis with a potential to become permanent part-time for the right candidate. Please note that position requires to cover Mondays and Thursdays, 8am to 4pm ongoing. The role is busy, fast-paced, and requires someone who can take initiative and ownership.
Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Data entry of invoices - high volume
- Process and pay invoices
- Debt collection
- Reconciliation of EOM payment runs
- Preparation of financial reports
Essential Criteria:
- Availability to work the specified days and hours
- Experience managing debtors and creditors
- Experience working with XERO
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Reliable, efficient, and self-motivated
