Accounts Payable And Receivable Manager

Clarity Partners have partnered with a privately owned Mining Services business who are looking to add an exceptional Accounts Payable and Receivable Manager to their team. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions of the company.
• Supervise a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Review and reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis related to Accounts Payable and Receivable.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Accounts Payable and Receivable management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable management.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
