Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer - Residential - $70K-$80K + Super

Our client is one of Perth's leading luxury home builders based SOR. Due to the company's growth, they are seeking a motivated and proactive accounts professional to join their established team.About the role:Accounts Receivable:

• Bank account receipting
• Invoicing
• Monitoring Contract variations
• Debt reporting and collecting

Accounts Payable:

• Receiving invoices
• Data entry
• Reviewing and reconciling statements
• Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders.

About you:

• 2+ years working in a similar role within the residential construction industry
• Experience in using Databuild - very favourable
• Must have Accounts payable and Accounts receivable experience
• Ability to work autonomously, within a team and take direction from leadership

Whats on offer:

• Long term full-time role (Part-time may be considered)

• Salary ranging from $70k-$80k + super
