Our team is growing, and we're looking for a skilled Accounts Payable/Receivable & Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to expand their skill set in both accounting and office administration.
Role Overview: This is an office-based part time position, full-time Monday to Friday, supporting the Operations and Finance Managers, and warehouse team. The role involves accounts receivables and payables, general administration and accounts duties, and customer service and sales support, including but not limited to; accounts reconciliation, inbox monitoring, handling of customer queries, order processing and invoicing, and telephone answering. Key Responsibilities:
- Daily and Monthly Accounts Payables and Receivables
- Customer service by phone and email
- Order processing and invoicing
- Managing the Reception desk, including incoming and outgoing calls
- Monitoring the company inboxes and responding to queries
- Document handling and filing
- Meeting Scheduling
- Reports and Queries at the request of the Finance Manager and/or Directors
- Other duties and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Previous accounts assistance experience
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, etc.
- Attention to detail
- Great friendly, professional phone manner and written communication skills
- Confidence, ability, and willingness to learn
- Reliable daily transportation
- Experience with Reckon/Quickbooks/ Unleashed would be beneficial but is not essential
