About the roles:
We have exciting opportunities within Accounts Payable or Recievable fields, allowing you to utilise your experience to play a critical part in supporting the business objectives through;
- End to end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
- Weekly EFT and ad hoc payment runs OR Weekly collections from customers to ensure payment plans and terms are fulfilled.
- Ensuring timely and accurate entry of approved invoices and all GL codes, prior to submitting payments for approval for end of month processes.
- Chasing aged debtors to ensure all receipts, credits and payments are accounts for and posted accurately.
- Daily, weekly & monthly reconciliations for the balance sheet, bank statements and all bank accounts.
- General data entry and administrative support for financial divisions.
- Monthly and ad hoc reporting detailing accounts status.
You are a strong communicator, with polished accounts skills and know how to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to assist the team in efficiently meeting its reporting deadlines across the business. Your experience will include;
- Excellent communications skills, you enjoy being a team player and working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- A high level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
- Exposure to accounting software packages is advantageous.
