Charter Plumbing and Gas are a small family owned and operated plumbing maintenance business located in Forrestdale.
We are seeking a part time Office/Admin all rounder. The hours would be 9am to 2pm 3 days a week with the flexibility to adjust as necessary. The suitable applicant would also be required to occasionally play a fill in role.
The role incudes-
Answering phone calls and liaising with customers and Plumbers
Taking new bookings
Creating invoices
Data entry and account balancing/reconciling
Ensuring employees have completed all relevant medicals, inductions and certification
Assist with checking timesheets
Skills -
To be successful in this role you will have high attention to detail with strong communication and organisational skills. Be a team player with a willingness to learn and have well developed IT skills.

- experience with Simpro and Xero would be beneficial but not necessary as training will be provided
