Job Description
Processing weekly invoices and timesheets/payroll using our own adhoc software
Accounts Payable and Receivable
Other general office & administration duties as required
Liaising with staff and clients on a daily basis
Experience:
Excel and Office Suite experience a must
Experience in Xero desirable
Previous experience in accounts payable & receivable is desirable with a strong attention to detail
Held a similar role for 1+ years
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work well within a small team and in a busy environment
