The Role:
Join our team as an Account Receivable Officer and play a key part in our financial operations during an exciting transition to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience and Business Central.
Key Responsibilities:
As our Account Receivable Officer, you'll be at the heart of our financial processes, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing debtors and ensuring compliance with payment terms.
- Responding to customer and funeral director queries with speed and precision.
- Contacting customers for debtor collections.
- Processing customer/debtor receipts.
- Preparing and processing Direct Debit Payments.
- Finalizing end-of-day banking on a rotating basis.
- Providing support and guidance to internal and external customers, including our customer support and sales teams.
- Assisting other finance team members and non-finance staff with accounting queries.
- Playing a crucial role in transitioning Accounts Receivable to Dynamics 365 CE and BC.
- Embracing other duties as directed.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Intermediate to Advanced expertise in MS Office Package, particularly Excel.
- Advanced organisational and time management skills.
- A mature and confident work ethic, allowing you to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and BC (desirable).
