Accounts Receivable Admin Officer

Ital Food Campbellfield is looking for a part time person to offer from 2-3 days a week in the offices an Accounts Receivable & admin support officer. You need to have experience with MYOB understanding how to allocate payments to various chart of accounts , reversing payments and keeping the bank account perfectly reconciled as your reconcile payments . You will also be used in reconciling pallet transfers and collection of pallet dockets as you work with customers who owe the company pallet to return these.

Your skills in Excel must be of an experienced kind, you understand how to  work and print an excel spreadsheet, you know how to save a spreadsheet and keep in orderly manner all the enquiries for monies and pallets owed. You are confident in writing emails to customers and have organizational sills to attend a management meeting to report on the status of your work and how its proceeding . You are dealing with customers providing POD's as you seek to organise a clean recovery of monies and pallets owed to Ital Food group.

You will have some guidance but training is minimal. You will also support the team in any other small administration filing or collection of paper work required. You will be asked to own these jobs and very little training will be provided as you hit the ground running.

At this stage 2 full days is available but this could move to three days depending on work loads.
