With an established team and extensive senior support, they are now offering the unique opportunity to bring on two Accounts Receivable Administrators to be trained in their finance function from the ground-up.

Based on the fringes of Newcastle, this permanent position is paying between $55,000 - $65,000 plus Super, dependent on experience.
Your new role
The Accounts Receivable Administrator is required to assist and support the Senior Finance Officers with the financial tasks associated with the lifecycle of a project.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Project creation and collecting and recording of all relevant documents associated with the project
- Assisting senior staff in the Project Accounting team with invoicing, budgets, timeframes, and any other elements associated with the project lifecycle to ensure project success
- Ensuring integrity with data and financial information within the ERP / Project Management software
- Assisting stakeholders and "on-the-ground" project managers with commercial decisions and investigating any variances with agreed fees
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 1 year experience working within a Project Finance Administration or Accounts Receivable role
- Successful candidates must have Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, and an ability to form strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Intrinsically self-motivated and a tenacious attitude with self-learning and completing objectives
- An ability to work with accuracy in an often fast-paced, changing environment
- Fantastic organisational skills and an ability to problem solve
- Confident to work across a multitude of projects at any given time and to consistently meet business deadlines
