As an Accounts Receivable you will provide operational and functional support to the Finance Team Leader with specific responsibility for processing of deposits received from customers and reconciliations, Month end task as well as general accounting responsibilities, for the Australian and New Zealand group and joint venture companies.

Day to day- Download daily bank statement from Corporate online on time and distribute to other department.
- Responsibility for daily high-volume allocation of deposits received and maintenance of cash spreadsheet for retail and wholesale business.
- Close liaison with Sales/Collection/Admin staff on allocation process
- Assisting in closing month end allocation process.
- Ensure daily/weekly clearing of suspense and other clearing accounts are cleared within the timeline.
- Maintain Functional Mailbox email
- Look at continual improvement of processes, procedures & controls.
- Aid the Team Leader and other team members as required.

- Experience in high volume environment preferred. Leasing experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal clients.
- Comfortable using Excel to manipulate data (pivot tables, vlookup, sumif)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organized and able to prioritize
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in financial service/ high volume transaction environment desirable
- Grasp of basic accounting concepts
