- Required to answer phone calls and have good phone mannerism.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Allocate payments to debtor’s accounts according to remittance advice.
- Allocating internet payments every day.
- Managing monthly direct debit, credit card payments and managing the refund processes.
- Conducting outbound and inbound collection calls.
- Answering customer’s enquiries via phone and email.
- Liaising with internal department to resolve collection related enquiries and any disputed relate to invoice.
