We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk commencing March 2024 working onsite based in Stapylton, Gold Coast.  Your duties will include but are not limited to: Process credit card payments and refunds via EFTPOS terminal Reconciliation of incoming funds and ensure correct allocation of customer payments Process daily collections and credit claims in POS system Debtor account reconciliation Follow up with debtors on payments (via phone and email) Preparation/processing of monthly debtor statements Ensure debtor’s profiles are up to date Respond to and investigate customer enquiries in a timely manner Support the Finance Team Ideally you will have: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Candidates with accounting knowledge or background are preferred).
