Accounts Receivable Clerk

• 8-month fixed term contract / Annual Leave Loading / work from home 1-3 days per week

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Director, Global Finance, you will join an experienced finance team on an 8-month fixed term contract to provide cover for a period of parental leave.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Monitor and report on regional accounts payable and cash flow.
• Create and post applicable month end related journals.
• Process Accounts Receivable related journals.
• Liaise with Customer Service and Logistics departments in relation to incorrect pricing/invoicing/deliveries.
• Process credit notes and cash receipts.
• Provide support to the Accounts Payable Clerk as required.

• Demonstrated experience working in a finance department essential.
• Experience using Navision desirable.
• Intermediate Microsoft office proficiency essential.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent organisation skills.
