a&co Recruitment Partners are delighted to partner with this CBD based Professional Services organisation to recruit into their Accounts Receivable team.
Working with a fabulous mentor who is keen to train and develop a proactive candidate who is eager to learn, you will be responsible for:

• Accounts receivable processes to ensure the recovery of outstanding debt.
• Phone and email based collection communication to a variety of clients.
• Maintaining excellent, on-going relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Learning and reporting on Accounts Receivable processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Experience in a phone based customer service role ideally dealing with business customers.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• A positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
• High levels of attention to detail and a well organised approach.

This role is offered with full time hours, office based, on an initial 6-month fixed term contract which offers paid annual and personal leave.
