This part time position will be 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, and may suit someone with children at school or someone looking to reduce their existing working hours.
Responsibilities will include:
• Process invoices, credits & remake orders.
• Process daily banking receipts.
• Record & safeguard cash, cheque & credit card receipts & arrange banking.
• Customer account reconciliations.
• Estimation and reconciliation of monthly rebates.
• End of month rounding & merchant fee transaction processing.
• Produce operating reports.
• Process manufacturing works orders.
• Liaise with sales, dispatch & production teams as required.
• Maintain accurate filing systems.
• Backup for payroll preparation.
• Assist with stock take activities.
• Assist with debt collection.
• Assist with credit applications.
• Assist finance team with month end activities.
Skills & Experience
Essential
• Understanding of bookkeeping concepts.
• Excellent communication & organisation skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt.
• Experience in MS Office Excel.
Desirable
• Manufacturing & building industry experience.
• Working knowledge of Pronto or Manufacturing software is highly desirable.
