AddressWe are looking for a local bookkeeper/administrative assistant who can work 15-20 hours a week from home, offering flexibility during school holidays. You should be located in or near the Hope Island or Runaway Bay area.
Bookkeeping experience is essential (MYOB or XERO Preferred)

- accounts payable and receivable
- bank reconciliation
- stock inventory management
- packing book orders (boxes weighing 10-15kg)
- organising deliveries interstate & overseas from our storeroom located in Runaway Bay
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports,
- co-ordinating our print runs and stock room.
- Your eye for detail is needed to proofread new publications.
Your warm communication style is valued by us, our team and our long-standing clients. Whilst you will work alongside one of the owners, 3 - 4 hours per week, you’ll be working from home and in the stock room the rest of the week. This position suits a self-organised, energetic self-starter.
This position is ideal for a parent of school-aged children. Flexible working hours.
