Accounts Receivable Officer

• Accounts Receivable Officer | Permanent full time position
• 3-4 years working experience in AR / Credit (full function duties)
• Hybrid working
• Excellent communication skills and intermediate Excel skills required

You will be responsible for the full end to end process in receivables / credit - looking after a varied portfolio - high dollar value and as well as higher volume of active accounts.
Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to prioritise work and build excellent relationships with you customers.Location: CBD

Permanent full timeLarge ERP experience would be beneficial, intermediate Excel skills are essential (pivot tables, Vlook-ups).Main responsibilities (not limited to):

• prepare and review AR aging report for your ledger.
• generating invoices on a daily basis.
• chase overdue debt (via phone and email).
• resolve account & invoice related queries.
• allocation of money.
• reconciliation of accounts.
• assist with month end reporting.
