Hays has partnered with a local tertiary educator based in Newcastle, with multiple sites across NSW. The organisation is a global leader, ranked amongst the top tertiary educators worldwide.
We are seeking an Administrator for 5-weeks to join their established and supportive team.
Your new role
This is a relief role. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Services team to schedule soft services around the grounds
- Using Maximo to raise work orders
- General administration and other adhoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience raising work orders and in an administration role (essential)
- Previous experience using Maximo or similar software (highly desirable)
- Tech-savvy, able to pick up new processes and programs quickly
- Great communication skills
- Enjoys working with a team!
