Accounts Receivable Officer SeaLink K'gari - Brisbane City QLD, Australia The Opportunity We are looking for a professional Accounts Receivable Officer to join the SeaLink K'gari Team. You will be responsible for managing the company's Accounts Receivable function. Reporting to the Financial Controller in our Brisbane Head Office, your primary duties will include: Managing and maintaining accurate records of incoming payments Processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and conducting account research and analysis Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities Generating financial reports related to Accounts Receivable status Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries Providing support for month-end and year-end closing activities Contributing to the development and implementation of efficient Accounts Receivable processes and procedures The work hours are 8:30am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8:30am-3pm Friday and you will be rewarded with a remuneration package of $67,000.00 per annum (plus 11% superannuation).
