As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the finance team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Submitting claims in accordance with contractual requirements
• Ensuring the company efficiently oversees its debtor's ledger according to the credit terms extended to customers, while promptly and accurately processing payments
• Dealing with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis
• Generate, issue, and archive sundry invoices as requested periodically
• Assisting customers with queries related to invoices and payments

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• 3-4 years experience with Accounts Receivable (construction industry preferred )
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
• Experience using Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel in a professional capacity
• Experience handling contracts/progress claims
• Degree, diploma or certification in finance/accounting (preferred)
