About the role
We currently have multiple vacancies for an Accounts Receivable Officer to manage a portfolio across the Residential, Retirement, Community or Disability sectors. You will be providing excellent customer service to resolve enquires and complaints quickly to ensure prompt payment of accounts. You will require a comprehensive knowledge of the funding requirement of your portfolio.
About you
You have previous experience in a similar role reporting. Your attention to detail is impeccable and you have an understanding of accounting principles, transactions and reconciliations. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Organised and methodical in your approach to work, you prioritise effectively to meet deadlines.
Skills and Experience -
- Extensive experience in an AR position in either Aged Care or Community Care
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of Debtors.
- Outstanding Customer Services skills
- Ability to investigate and resolve enquiries.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, ability to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to prepare monthly reports.
- Experience with Epicor desirable, intermediate Excel skills
