A leading manufacturing company based in the Western Suburbs of Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer with a drive for thinking outside of the box, customer service and problem-solving.
Your new role
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing and reconciliations
- Reducing outstanding debtors and collection times
- Analyse current debtors and other financial information to set credit regulations appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Proactively spot opportunities for process improvement
- Financial reporting
- AOB
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proactive attitude
- Able to problem solve
- CRM systems knowledge and ERP systems
- End to end Accounts Receivable exposure
- Customer-centric approach with excellent written and verbal skills
- Full working rights in Australia
