AddressBaker Group AU Pty Ltd are looking for an experienced accounts receivable officer to manage all aspects of this position. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, highly motivated individual who is looking for Part time, Hybrid working conditions with flexible hours. Part Time 20 hrs - 3-4 days per week - work from home available
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Allocating daily payments
- Account reconciliations
- Managing invoicing and credits
- Client portal management
- Maintaining customer details
- Managing debtor accounts
- Telephone and email collection of overdue accounts
- Addressing and resolving all customer account queries
- Data entry, general administrative tasks and project work
The Candidate will have:
- Experience in Accounts Receivable and debt collection functions
- Bookkeeping qualification and proficient in Xero (highly regarded)
- Previous experience in service/trade industry (advantageous)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite – Adv Excel
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
- Problem solving and decision-making skills a must have
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
