Administration Officer

Our Hervey Bay branch has an excellent opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team. We desire an outstanding customer focused individual to be the first point of contact for our branch. This is a critical role within our business, working alongside exceptional and committed individuals who share a passion for the delivery of quality products and premium customer service.

About the Role:

• Operate and support both inbound and outbound phone enquiries
• Service a wide range of requirements across both new sales and existing customers
• Maintain accounts payable, banking and credit control
• Support the team, liaising with our sales, production and management staff in an administrative capacity as required
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, processes and systems across G.James

About You:

• Have exceptional phone manner and customer service skills
• Be adaptable, reliable with the skills to build rapport quickly
• Punctual, diligent with an ability to meet strict deadlines
• Exhibit extraordinary attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Office 365
• Current Driver's License with reliable transports
