About this opportunity:
As an Administration Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition / recruitment team in all administrative aspects of the recruitment process. By providing a seamless candidate experience and timely support to the team, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key responsibilities of this role:
- Provide Talent Acquisition Advisors with administrative support to ensure a timely recruitment process for candidates and people managers.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Managing shared inboxes and allocation of emails.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from recruitment to employment.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition team.
- Demonstrated experience in an Administration role.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to support team members and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
