Family-owned freight forwarding business based in the Northern Beaches is seeking an enthusiastic Accounts/Office Assistant for a part time role. As an office assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office and supporting various administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate would be a proactive individual with a keen eye for detail to manage the accounts for the business. Responsibilities involve:
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and databases on Excel.
- Office Organisation: Keep the office tidy, filing, folder organisation.
Flexible, 3-4 days a week, 8:30am to 4pm. No weekends.
