SalaryAbout Us: Chan and Li International Pty Ltd is food ingredients manufacture and distributor that has been operating for over 30 years. We manufacture, supply and distribute to bakeries, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.
About the role: Looking for a full-time accounts' assistant/administration officer.
HOURS: 9am-5pm, MONDAY TO FRIDAY.
Duties include:
- Assist with the processing of accounts payable and receivable, including entering and paying invoices, processing receipts
- Answering phones and emails
- Assisting Support Coordinator and Operations Manager with day to day activity.
- Managing calendars
- Drafting letters
- Preparing reports
- Organising files
- Handling office duties.
CANTONESE/MANDARIN OR SPEAKING CANDIDATES PREFFERED.
- Experience with Account receivable preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication
- Familiarity with Microsoft word and excel.
- Able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous.
